What we collect
When you request a machine: your name, company, email, phone (if you give it), site address, and your answers about the space. When you sign in: your email and a record of when you verified it.
Why we collect it
To review your request, check we cover your area, send you an agreement, schedule the install, and contact you about that request. Nothing else.
Who sees it
The Snaxel team working on your request. The services that run the site store it for us: our database and hosting providers, and our email provider to send your code and confirmation. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
For as long as your request or account is open. Ask us to delete it at any time.
